• How do I receive my tickets?

  • Online tickets: You’ll receive e-tickets via email. Check spam/junk folders if they’re not in your inbox. 
  • If you have purchased VIP Dinner Tickets, you will receive joining instructions via your VIP Concierge.  

• Are tickets refundable?

  All tickets are non-refundable. In some cases, we may allow name changes.

• Is there re-entry if I leave the venue function room?

  No.

  The event has a strict no re-entry policy 

• What is the dress code?

   

  •  Formal All Black with Masquerade Mask (mask wear is optional). 

• Is all black required?

  • All Black attire is only required and must be stylish, head-to-toe black outfits. This is part of our unique visual identity. 

• Can I purchase masks on-site?

  Limited free masks will be available, subject to availability.  Guests are advised to bring their own for the best style and comfort.

• Is accommodation included with tickets?

  No. Guests must arrange their own. 

• Is parking available at the banqueting suite?

  Parking is available on the side on a first-come, first-served basis.

• Is the venue accessible for people with disabilities?

  Yes. Please contact us in advance for any specific needs.

• Will there be food available?

  Yes. VIP guests receive a 3-course meal. General guests can purchase food from on-site vendors from 7.00pm.

• Can I pre-order drinks?

  Yes. You can pre-order drinks packages for collection at the venue or as part of VIP service. Please goto our homepage for our various package offers.

• Do you cater to dietary requirements?

  Vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free options are available.
